Brittany founded Daley Fire & Life Safety on the belief that good business still comes from honesty, hard work, and treating people right.

Brittany leads the company — scheduling, service records, customer relationships, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. She is a married mother of three, and the company is genuinely a family operation.

Woman-led businesses are rare in fire protection. That was not the reason for starting one, but it does shape how the company runs: direct communication, no runaround, and a straight answer about what your building actually needs.
