Who we are

Built on honesty, hard work, and treating people right.

Woman-led, veteran-operated, and family-owned. Based in Claremont, covering roughly 90 miles across Western North Carolina.

We are not trying to look like a national company. What we offer is an experienced technician who shows up, an owner who answers the phone, and records you can hand an inspector without worrying.

Stuart trained at the Florida State Fire College, the training institution run by the Florida Division of State Fire Marshal, and is certified in portable fire equipment and commercial kitchen suppression under Florida permits. North Carolina does not issue a statewide licence for extinguisher servicing, so we list what we actually hold and encourage you to ask any vendor the same.

Buildings we work in

What your building needs depends on how it is used

Two buildings the same size can carry very different requirements. Occupancy type drives the equipment, the intervals, and what an inspector looks at first.

Restaurants

The heaviest equipment load and the shortest intervals of any ordinary business.

Churches

Older buildings, volunteer maintenance, and a kitchen nobody thinks of as commercial.
